Our Spanish A2.1 course marks the beginning of the pre-intermediate stage in your language journey, representing level 4 of our curriculum. Tailored for learners who have completed the elementary levels, this course builds upon your existing knowledge and introduces you to new challenges and opportunities in your Spanish learning journey.

Course aims
Building upon your progression from the elementary levels, this A2.1 course is tailored to elevate your proficiency in Spanish communication as you enter the pre-intermediate stage. By the end of the course, you will delve deeper into grammar intricacies, expand your vocabulary to grasp subtler nuances, nurture a deeper understanding of intercultural dynamics, and strengthen your confidence in applying Spanish across a variety of real-life situations.
Learn how to:
- talk about everyday habits;
- express the duration of an action;
- talk about difficulties;
- express preferences;
- talk about difficulties;
- give advice;
- describe feelings;

- give a physical description of a person; and
- talk about family relationships and resemblance.

Course requirements
In order to make the most of your language learning journey, you will need:
- The book Aula Internacional Plus 2 – Difusión*, which you can purchase here, or via Amazon;
- Some basic knowledge on how to use Zoom and Google Classroom;
- A computer from which you can take the lesson;
- Reliable Internet service;
- A web camera and a functional microphone connected to your device;
- A positive learning attitude throughout the course, coupled with active participation in all class procedures.
